My doctor has suggested I try lidoderm patches for my chronic low back pain. I understand that this use is off-label so is it safe to use?
While lidoderm patches have shown promise in reducing low back pain and musculoskeletal pain, there are no randomized controlled studies evaluating their usefulness in chronic low back pain.
