I've heard the term dystonia before, but I don't really understand what it means. Could you explain it?

Dystonia is a neurological problem that causes someone to move their muscles in unnatural ways. They can tighten up (contract), spasm, or twist. These contractions, spasms, and twisting may cause the arms and legs to look abnormal. Dystonia can happen on just one part of the body, one side of the body, or all over.
